How to print
- 1Print on A4 at actual sizeChoose 100% or “Actual size”. If your paper isn’t A4, such as US Letter, choose “Fit to page” instead.
- 2Check the black squaresAll four corner squares and the small squares down the left edge must print. Queezly reads the sheet from them.
- 3Cut along the dashed lines¼ and ½ A4 sheets share a page. Cut them apart before giving them out. Photocopies work too.
- 4Keep the edges cleanDon’t staple, fold or write over the corner squares or the left edge.

Tell your students
- Write your name and your student number in the boxes, one digit per box.
- Shade each bubble completely with a pencil or black pen.
- Erase cleanly if you change an answer. Shade only one bubble per item.
