Printing answer sheetsPaper size, scale, cutting
Every sheet prints on A4 paper. Quizzes with 15–25 items print 4 sheets per page, 30–60 items print 2 per page, and 65–100 items print 1 per page. Cut along the dashed lines before scanning.
Make sure all four black corner squares and the small squares down the left edge print — Queezly reads the sheet from them. If your paper isn’t A4 (for example US Letter), choose “Fit to page” when printing.
Blank sheets from the app’s Sheets tab or from this website work for any quiz with the same number of items: when you scan one, Queezly asks which quiz it is for.
Keep the corner squares and the left edge clean: don’t staple, fold or write over them.
Scanning tipsLight, corners, one sheet at a time
Lay one sheet flat in good light, with all four corner squares in view. Queezly takes the picture by itself when the sheet is steady — or tap the shutter.
Too dark? Turn on the flash or move near a window. Avoid strong shadows across the bubbles.
Students should shade bubbles completely with a pencil or black pen and erase cleanly. Rows with two shaded bubbles or faint marks are flagged so you can decide.
After each sheet Queezly suggests whose it is from the name and number written on it; check it and save.
Answer keys and re-scoringFix a key, bonus and void items
You can change the answer key any time — even after scanning. Every score updates by itself; the students’ answers are kept.
Tap an item number for more options: Bonus gives everyone the point, Void removes the item from the total, and Two answers accepts either of two letters.
You can also scan a sheet you shaded as the key instead of tapping each answer.
Exporting resultsExcel, CSV, PDF and sort order
Open a quiz › Results › Export. Choose Excel, CSV or a PDF report, what to include, and the order — alphabetical, or males first, then females, as DepEd forms use.
Excel files have a Scores sheet and an Item analysis sheet with the class average (MPS). CSV files open in any spreadsheet app.
On the free plan, one short ad unlocks exports for each quiz.
Plans and billingFree limits, Pro, cancel or restore
Free: 3 quizzes a month (a quiz counts once its first sheet is scanned; the count resets on the 1st) and up to 70 sheets per quiz, with a few ads. Short ads can unlock an extra quiz, 30 more sheets, exports or the full item analysis.
Pro: unlimited quizzes for all your sections, exports and item analysis, backup across your phones, and no ads. Pro is bought inside the app.
Cancel anytime in Google Play › Subscriptions (Android) or Settings › your name › Subscriptions (iPhone). On a new phone, open Upgrade › Restore purchase.
Account and privacyBackup, delete, ads
Without an account, your classes and results stay on your phone only. With an account and Pro, they are backed up: sign in on a new phone to get everything back.
Account › Delete account removes your account and everything backed up on our server. Can’t open the app? Use the Delete my account page on this website.
Ads never use your students’ names, numbers or scores. Where privacy laws apply, Settings › Ad privacy options lets you change your choice.
